SDC² is a young and dynamic company founded in 2008 by Sam De Coster. A senior IT Operations/Service Management consultant with more than 9 years experience in the Operational and IT Service Management of business critical environments.
SDC² stands for Sam De Coster - Service Delivery Consultancy and that is what we offer to our customers. Delivering a complete consultancy service to our customer in advising and helping them to get the most out of their IT investments.
How do we do this and make the difference? By taking the communication to another level, by a common sense approach, by beyond expert level experience but not with a narrow sight but with a complete overview on the influences of a certain application, process, behavior and their relations.
For this we start with listing to all involved parties and try to really understand their requirements/demands/needs. Then we try to align all this information and try to bring one common visions with clearly defined critical success factors separated from the nice to haves.
Important is that the visions and objectives are alignment at all time. Different parties have different visions and goals which makes communication very complex. By aligning these visions and goals we better understand each other and this will improve the communication.

Maybe this sounds very familiar and probably this is. It’s no rocket science and already tried by many before us but we take each of these points into considerations during the complete project and by this wants to deliver the best possible solution.
